Alex graduated from Winona State University with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. She was an intern with ExercisAbilities in the Spring of 2022 and accepted a full-time position after completing her internship. Alex was more than excited to join such a great team full time and continue to work with such great individuals.
Alex grew up in Albertville, MN, a town just northwest of the Twin Cities. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, exercising, and traveling.
