Stef graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2019, with a BS in Exercise & Sport Science and a minor in nutrition. She interned with Exercisabilities before becoming an ACSM Certified Inclusive Trainer and working as a Therapeutic Health Tech and then Specialist for EA. She took some time away from Rochester to travel and pursue other goals before returning in September 2021. Stef couldn’t be more excited to rejoin the Therapeutic Health Team and reconnect with old clients and build connections with all the new faces around the gym.
In her free time, Stef loves being outdoors, hiking, running, biking, camping, etc. She plays for a local co-ed soccer team here in Rochester, and loves spending time with her cats, Dexter and Kallie.
