Our promise to you is to ensure that your customized therapy plan will not be dictated by insurance or the ability to pay. Due to the nature of chronic conditions and lack of insurance coverage for long-term rehabilitation, many of our services may not be covered by insurance. Although that can be a barrier, we are here to ensure that you receive the support you need to achieve your health and recovery goals.
We offer several pathways to payment including insurance, state medical assistance waiver program, monetary payment, and financial assistance.
As a trusted provider and 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are required and committed to abide by processes and procedures for properly charging for our services.

If your services are eligible for insurance benefits, we will process claims on your behalf. In addition, referrals are not necessary. We can help you get any paperwork that your potential payment source needs.
HARPER FAMILY FOUNDATION ALL-ACCESS PATHWAY
Your plan may not qualify to be fully covered by insurance. If this is the case, we accept direct payment. If payment is a barrier, you may apply for partial or full financial assistance to ensure you are able to receive the services you want and need to be healthy.
