What You’ll Do
• Get hands-on with advanced neuro rehab technology and help patients achieve meaningful functional gains
• Develop customized, goal-driven treatment plans focused on independence and participation in daily life
• Collaborate with an engaged interdisciplinary team that values growth and learning
• Educate, motivate, and celebrate progress with patients and their families
• Maintain strong documentation—accurate, timely, and clear
• Continuously challenge yourself to grow professionally and clinically
Who You Are
• Occupational Therapy degree (Master’s or Doctorate—let your ambition shine)
• Licensed in Minnesota (or ready to obtain licensure soon)
• Passionate about neurology and excited by complex, challenging cases
• Comfortable with innovative technology and creative treatment strategies
• A team player with big ideas and a bigger heart
• An out-of-the-box thinker eager to provide science-based, goal-driven care not limited by insurance constraints
• Positive, motivated, and committed to professional growth
