The Forever Strong program at EA Therapeutic Health is designed to support individuals with long-term physical or neurological disabilities. The program offers a welcoming community focused on strength, mobility, and independence.
Your first visit to the Forever Strong Program begins with a comprehensive movement and functional assessment. Your provider will take time to understand your medical history, physical or neurological condition, and personal goals. We’ll assess your mobility, strength, balance, and movement patterns to understand how your body moves today and what support it needs.
If appropriate, care may begin with Physical Therapy to address safety, pain, or foundational movement needs. For others, the first visit may introduce therapeutic personal training using adaptive equipment and modified exercises designed to meet you exactly where you are.
From there, we create a personalized, long-term movement plan that evolves with you. As your confidence and abilities grow, programming may expand to include strength training, mobility work, and play-based or sport-inspired activities, with Health Coaching support available to encourage consistency, motivation, and overall well-being.
Your first visit to EA Therapeutic Health is not about limitations — it’s about discovering what’s possible. The Forever Strong Program is designed to support you in building strength, maintaining independence, and experiencing the physical and mental health benefits of movement in a welcoming, supportive community.
