Affordable Physical Therapy the EA Way

With many factors to consider, it can be difficult to find high-quality care that will fit your physical therapy needs and budget. However, at EA, you do not have to make that tough decision. As a specialized physical therapy provider, we work to provide custom therapeutic health services for people with neurodiversity, physical disability, and complex medical conditions. Moreover, as a nonprofit healthcare provider, we have broken barriers to ensure everyone can feel better, move better, and live better with the help of high-quality, affordable physical therapy.

The EA Way

At EA, we strive to provide the best physical therapy and adaptive health and fitness solutions to the children, teens, adults, and seniors in our community. By doing this, we are working to end the cycle of returning to medical care, hospitalizations, and declining health that comes when ability to pay is a deciding factor in one’s wellness journey.

When working with EA, you will receive support from a team of talented licensed physical therapists and specially trained exercise, recreation, and health coaching professionals. They will work with you to develop a holistic plan to help you reach your goals and increase your quality of life.

Pathways to Payment

Unlike many traditional physical therapy and rehabilitation services, we believe that no one’s wellness journey should be limited by ability to pay. Therefore, as a nonprofit organization, we provide different pathways to payment to ensure that you receive high-quality services and support to help you achieve your health goals. These pathways include:

  • Insurance: We are an in-network provider with most major insurance carriers including Mayo Clinic Tier 2, Blue Cross Blue, Medicaid, Medicare UCare, and more. If you are eligible for insurance benefits, we will process all claims on your behalf and help you get any paperwork that your potential payment source may need.
  • State Medical Assistance Waiver Program: As a licensed provider, EA is eligible for state medical assistance waiver programs such as the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
  • Monetary Payment: We also provide a sliding-scale-fee depending on the financial ability of those who apply. To learn if this is a pathway for you, please give us a call so we can further discuss your options.
  • Harper Family Foundation All-Access Pathway: The Harper Family Foundation All-Access Pathway is designed to help people achieve lifelong optimal health by providing partial or full financial assistance. With the help of the Harper Family Foundation, we can provide reimagined therapy and fitness, promote lifelong health and wellness, and offer our support beyond the traditional insurance model.

Regardless of you or your loved one’s physical, emotional, or fiscal ability, we are here to provide quality services that help nurture wellness, happiness, and independence so you can live a full and healthy life.
