No referral is needed! Minnesota is a direct access state, which means you can begin physical therapy without a doctor's order. We’re happy to collaborate with your physician if needed.

Do you accept insurance? How much do your services cost?

Yes, we work with all major insurance providers and are happy to verify your benefits before you begin care.

Unlike many clinics, we also extend care beyond what insurance typically covers, ensuring you get the time, attention, and comprehensive support you need to recover fully and stay healthy.

Our cash-based sessions typically range from $90 to $140 per visit, depending on the service and session length. We also offer package pricing for ongoing care, flexible payment options, and scholarships for those who qualify. During your free consultation, we’ll review pricing options and create a personalized plan
