The Sports Injury Recovery + Performance program helps athletes and active individuals move from the initial pain of an injury back to peak performance through personalized care. We focus on healing the current injury while building the strength and resilience needed to prevent future setbacks.
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive movement and performance assessment. Your provider will review your injury or surgical history, discuss your goals, and evaluate your mobility, strength, and movement patterns. If you have a referral or are early in recovery, care may begin with Physical Therapy to support healing and restore foundational movement.
From there, we create a personalized recovery and performance plan that evolves as you do. As your body is ready, care transitions seamlessly into the Sports Injury Recovery + Performance Program through Personal Training and performance-based sessions, with Health Coaching support available as needed. This approach allows us to move beyond rehab and focus on long-term strength, confidence, and injury prevention.
Your first visit to EA Therapeutic Health is the starting point of your return to confident movement. Our team is committed to guiding you from recovery to performance with personalized care, progressive training, and the tools you need to move at your best.

The ideal participant is an athlete or active individual who is motivated to move beyond standard recovery and achieve peak physical performance. This program is for those who want a clear roadmap to return to their sport with more strength, speed, and confidence than they had before their injury.
You’ll visit us at the Neuro Gym on North Broadway in Rochester, MN. The first session involves:
Standard therapy often stops once you are "pain-free." Our program continues into the performance phase, using advanced tools like the Neubie to bridge the gap between basic movement and the high-speed, high-force demands of your specific sport.
We recommend an initial movement assessment as soon as you have clearance from your physician. Early intervention with neuromuscular work can often prevent the muscle "shut down" that typically follows an injury, leading to a faster overall recovery.
Absolutely. Athletes can use this program for prevention or performance optimization. We use the same diagnostic tools, like the Neubie, to identify hidden weaknesses in your movement before they lead to a future injury.
The program cost is $110 a visit. Discount packages available.
